Olive Charcutteries

Olive live edge is becoming increasingly rare to find, but I can still occasionally source some from a mill in Canada. The colours and grain are truly stunning, and the olive wood is a pleasure to work with, providing a silky finish. I exclusively use food-grade oils and waxes in my finishes. Please note that I do not recommend cutting food directly on the board, as knives can cause damage. After all, these are designed as charcuterie boards, not cutting boards.
