Olivewood makes a great charcuterie. Â I use very old olive wood from Italy. Â It can be difficult to source sometimes but I generally have examples for sale.
Serving Trays
These trays are made from oak and black limba. Â I design them such that they can serve a second purpose as decorative platforms.
