Current Projects

This is a teak root burl.  I plan to mount this on flowyline legs.  The cracks were too small to keep so they are filled with bronze epoxy.  A piece at this stage remains rough but it will pop soon.

This is what to expect once I finish sanding and apply rubio coat.  There are no artificial colours here.  This is the actual wood after cleaning only.  This piece is going to be amazing.

A piece of walnut that I am making for myself.  The large void will become an Easter egg for my grand sons.  I am thinking of clear epoxy over rocks, a morganatic silver dollar and maybe a fish.  The fish may not be a good idea for most but again, this is mine and I'd love to see the grandkids look at it.

Future Projects

This is lovely piece of New Meican mesquite.  It is about 1.5 inches thick so I don't want to use it as a bench but it would make an incredible sofa or entry table.  I plan to stabilise the cracks using copper epoxy fill.

Ths is a 500 year old italian olive slab.  I've decised to make a sofa/entry table.  I am still playing with ideas for the legs.
