My Shop (and happy place)

Current Projects
This is a teak root burl. Â I plan to mount this on flowyline legs. Â The cracks were too small to keep so they are filled with bronze epoxy. Â A piece at this stage remains rough but it will pop soon.

This is what to expect once I finish sanding and apply rubio coat. Â There are no artificial colours here. Â This is the actual wood after cleaning only. Â This piece is going to be amazing.
A piece of walnut that I am making for myself. Â The large void will become an Easter egg for my grand sons. Â I am thinking of clear epoxy over rocks, a morganatic silver dollar and maybe a fish. Â The fish may not be a good idea for most but again, this is mine and I'd love to see the grandkids look at it.

Future Projects
This is lovely piece of New Meican mesquite. Â It is about 1.5 inches thick so I don't want to use it as a bench but it would make an incredible sofa or entry table. Â I plan to stabilise the cracks using copper epoxy fill.

Ths is a 500 year old italian olive slab. Â I've decised to make a sofa/entry table. Â I am still playing with ideas for the legs.
